Happy Weekend!!!☀️🦋🐝
I'm tickled to be down 7.4#💥 over the past 4 days.
I bought a box of Raspberry Quest bars to help with cravings. But honestly haven't really had any.
I feel a little low in energy so I added magnesium and upped my H2O. That seemed to help yesterday.
Starting Monday I will incorporate swimming into my plan 3 days a week and strength training 2 days. Weekends I plan to keep open and do meal prep for the week.
I hope everyone is doing well, thank you for sharing. It really feels like a community in here. 🥰
131.4 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 50.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
