Hey guys! Ive decided to stop weighting myself so often and from now on im going to do it twice a month. Its been 10 days since my last weight in and i feel amazing, the scale is stressing me too much. Im just going to continue with my diet and counting calories. Mental health is important too ☺️😌
71.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree. I’m weighing in once a month. I’m walking 2x per day everyday, sometimes a light jog, and lifting weights 3-4 days a week. I can feel a difference and my clothes are definitely loser. I’m afraid to get on the scale because I don’t want to be discouraged so early on in this process. So, I’m hitting it hard this first month with changing my eating habits and exercising. I’ll see what the scale says in two more weeks.

I agree. I do better weighing only once a week or so. keep up the good work!

You have to see what works for you at different times. I like weighing every day but do my best not to let a number I don't like get to me. For now, it's more reassuring than stressful. I only give importance to my weekly averages and the presence of a downward trend.
