So ticked off at myself. I knew I should have went walking last night. I kept to the diet, but show zero progress which I believe was a result of me not exercising yesterday. I need to double up today. This is unacceptable.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
