Good overall day with weigh-in & our Gym HIIT Program . Feeling good with the 166 range.


Trying a Challenge the next 12 weeks:
• 100 Burpees, timed
• only 1 once per week
• 12 weeks before Xmas....haha!
• goal - under 10 minutes????
