Fasting blood sugar 101; weight 169.3
Plan: Keto/IF/exercise/ Egg fast today.
I am so happy! I finally broke that 170 pounds barrier! I earned the milkshake I promised myself, but I'm not going to have one until I get down to 165! Need to push that carrot on the stick out further ahead of me.
This is the lowest my fasting blood sugar has been in the morning in a long time. Two wins today!
Exercise bike 30 minutes and arm exercises with weights.
Macros 10/80/10; 1753 calories; net carbs 32; fiber 14.3; net kcal -525
76.8 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
