Just returned from vacation to the same weight I’ve been for the last month. I’ve not “cheated” on my diet at all for which I’m very proud. But my drive to exercise has been poor. Time to get my focus back and plow ahead. I’ve been wanting to go below 200 for weeks now and that’s my next benchmark.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
