What a mixed bag of a week... after my Saintly start, I stuck to it perfectly, then went massively over on the Thursday, made up every single calorie on the Friday, mucked it up even worse on the Saturday (but because that hadn't registered on the scales yet, I was actually exactly the same (lowest) weight yesterday morning as the day I left for my holiday) and did another Saintly Day yesterday. If I add up my calories for the week I was only 400 over in the end up and I do a minimum of about 750 calories-worth of exercise that I don't count, so I did actually average <1500 calories a day. So, not bad in the end up... but I notice it's been weeks since I was able to record 100%, so I'm ruddy determined to get back to that this week... onwards and upwards and all that...

I'll upload a photo of last night's roast dinner... it came in at <350 calories (+ 'free' green beans) and I didn't really miss the usual pig in blanket, stuffing or bread sauce, because I was feeling so Saintly... lol...
