Today I walked and managed my eating good. Ending at a 495 cal deficit with my cardio. Glad of that. I am really pushing it this week. In the before times 170lb was the line that would spark me in to action. Since quarantine I have only revisited the 160s once. I am determined to fit back into my work clothes in the next two weeks. I am taking the losing as much as I can by thanksgiving challenge seriously. By my math, I should be able to lose 15lbs by then and I am feeling ambitious. I wish it was easier to be active. Thank god the smoke is gone but I still feel sore and tired.

Weigh day is Wednesday. For my mental health I only weigh once a week. We'll find out then whether my effort is paying off.

I'm off to drink some tea, stretch and plunk out the rest of my cardio.
