Well as long as I'm not up, I'm OK. I'd rather be going down on the lbs. but I'm working out again so maybe, just maybe, it's not all fat.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
