No idea why weight is up. I stayed under RDI yesterday and jumped rope. My weighted ropes have arrived and I used them yesterday. Maybe it is water gain?
65.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
