last time I had my ideal weight, I was in school and doing sports. It's been 15 years ago and I'm in my early 30s want to go back in time and be fit again.
29 Kgs is a lot of fat to go... we'll see...
88.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
