I am up two pounds this week - but I have lost 2 inches. I am not bummed too bad about gaining the pounds...I know weight loss is hard and I know I have stuck to my diet 100%. I am not going to get discouraged and ruin what I have been so hard on...I will still plug away and take this one day at a time :)

I hope all are having a great weekend!

With your attitude, you will get to goal. Losing weight isn't an exact science and we don't always see the the results on the scale right away. It will eventually show in fat loss (like your inches) or show up on the scale. It takes time and patience. You are doing great.
