Mmmmm... I am a SUCKER for good food. December makes me want to eat christmas dinner, and here in Denmark that means pork roast! (Flæskesteg).
I love it, I love it, I love it!

Wife was so sweet as to cook me a full meal, with red cabbage, potatoes, and a NICE gravy, all done with reasonably amount of calories.

As longs as it is calculated and I stay within my RDI, I am doing well. This really satisfied me.

This morning, afraid that I would not have lost any weight, I am so happy to see that I lost almost a pound. Life is good.
137.6 kg Lost so far: 17.4 kg.    Still to go: 52.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
