Official weight check done by the doctor. 6 lb loss total in the 2 weeks since I began the program.
This week my goal is to incorporate some exercise into my schedule.
92.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
