Have done 34 days of jump rope, 14 days of no drinking, 4 days of lifting
I am losing my mind, I swear that I am eating right. Could it be water from lifting? I don't think so, it has been around for a couple of weeks now. Why am I gaining? I really do not want to eat less.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
