15 days into my protocol and I’m down 13lbs. Finally seeing steady results. Feeling good 😊 still a long way to go!
74.2 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Read up on HCG, not for me, low calories yes, very seldom can I get 1200 calories in me, my big struggle is with getting protein in. But very happy it's working for you. Still going to follow your journey and diet.
