Let myself slip this past week, got lazy & didn't exercise like I should have, but this is a new week; I'm not giving up. Just got to learn to be more disciplined in my workouts & not let anything or anyone stop me from doing them. Actually, I have no excuses...I'm home all day by myself & can workout anytime I want, yet I find myself sitting on the computer reading articles when I should get off my butt & get moving!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
