The weather has been great for the past few days....cooler evenings and early mornings. It's nice now...very low humidity.

I had mentioned, before it got deleted yesterday, that a hummingbird was trying to escape one chasing it away from the feeder hanging over my head and it scared the crap out of me! I swear it flew between my head & the back of the chair I was sitting in. They're hungry little buggers right now, quickly going thru the food in all 4 feeders.

The Blue Jays have become so accustomed to their morning feed of peanuts, they sit in the tree & call for me to put them out. And the neighborhood Chicken follows Hubby around when he goes out for a walk, til she gets her ration of chicken feed. 😀

We made another order from Hello Fresh that was delivered today. We're doing it occasionally now.We skipped 2 weeks. Burgers, spaghetti & chicken on the menu this time.

I started posting my meals on Instagram & Facebook sometimes. Lots of friends are now asking me what's for dinner, tonight? When we ran into our friends at the Winery on Monday, one of them said she was really proud of me for losing weight & keeping it off over the last few months. It does feel good to be able to eat meals I enjoy & stay slimmer.

I think I am going to have to come up with some type of exercise program for when the weather gets cold. I can still walk every day but I won't be outside gardening. I've looked at some of Letty's posts on Instagram....interesting. I've never been very athletic & I don't stay motivated for long to do structured exercise. Need to work on that.
