A little weight gain again. Not a biggie, though it always bothers me a little when it happens. However, I also know that it is not a pound of fat I gained, so it will be off in no time. Pur fluctuation.
Yesterday I did go to a pizza place with wife and daughter - I had a durum roll (basically a large tortilla with beef strips, lettuce, tomato and cucumber), not the best thing to eat, but definitely not the worst either. I calculated it to the best of my ability, and entered it. I was nowhere near my RDI.
I am sure I will lose it again tomorrow or the day after. This happens all the time.
It has been at least a month since I went to eat out last time, so I have no regrets about it. It felt good and I had a great time with La Familia.
Life is good. :)
