This is only because I worked through dinner yesterday and forgot to eat. It also means I wS under on the amount of protein I wanted to ingest. First world problem, I know!
72.0 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
