I might have gained weight this week because of going in and out of Keto by some times giving in to eating high carbohydrates super addictive man made bad food or I am simply gaining muscle since I ran 2.9 KM non stop for the first time in my life on Saturday but I am thankful that I lost more than 10 KG in 2 months first time ever in my Thank You Lord Jesus 🙏🏾 Your super amazing Grace is always sufficient. #keto
121.1 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 24.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
