Vacation is now over and I came back 1 pound lighter! This is going slower than I had hoped, but at least I continue going in the right direction. I was pinched by a large crab while at the beach. My right foot is sore so I will be swimming over walking this week as my foot heals. My husband woke up with a stomach virus this morning. While I don't want to be sick, my friend lost 8 pounds during her recent bought with a tough stomach bug.

I enjoyed a cup of coffee this morning but never got hungry for anything food like. Lunch will be some chicken curry soup. Dinner will be chicken enchildas.
87.0 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
