My weight stayed the same. That's good I guess but it's so frustrating and so depressing . I feel so fat at this weight but can't figure out how to start losing again. I cut calories I gain I add calories I gain. I guess I just need to accept it.
48.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
