First day back from a 15 day road trip to Utah visiting family with my kids. Although we ate everything & anything we wanted, we worked out every 2 days, hiked & swam daily so I'm not feeling guilty! I'm pleasantly surprised I only gained just over two pounds!! Time to get back on track!! It's a good life!
70.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
