Workout has been going a lot better, running longer. Looking at the numbers, I have been eating less too. Plus I feel like I unlocked the secret to my workout, when I am having fun, it’s not a chore or solemn duty, it’s almost like a dance and the pain flows away, the muscles aren’t all tense. I think I can do this.
