Haven’t been working out for the month of August because I needed a break from BeachBody on demand, and life has been very busy with other things. For example this weekend I canned 2 batches of salsa, a batch of spaghetti sauce, and a batch of chili base. Along with cleaning, chopping other veggies from my garden to be eaten. Also went into work which involves a lot of walking while I clean/sanitize. This week is the beginning of safe distance school open houses and locker set ups for next weeks hopefully in person learning. Did I mention I’m always worn out? Any ideas on how to boost my energy would be great.
