휴~~~ since 24-30aug intake average 1700kcal weight increase 0.4kg ㅠㅠ. my tdee 1580kcal . eat less than 1400kcal for weight loss 0.25kg/week . it very hard for me who lovento eat.😢😢😢
78.7 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
