I ate really well today - no clue how many calories since I haven't fully entered all of my food :)

I went to the store on my way home and bought tons of fruits and veggies, and wheat english muffins, and some delicious peanut butter! The only ingredient - peanuts! Why do other peanut butters have so many other things in them? I don't get it.

I also made some fresh salsa for my AB and myself, and for my coworkers tomorrow.

good to see you were able to purchase your fruits and veggies. i just spent a fortune on my seafood phase. all of a sudden, the family wants to eat with me... yay! But expensive! keep up the walking. i'll join you in a couple of weeks.
