A new low! 😀

If I could get into the 130's maybe that will give me a big enough cushion to indulge myself in September when I will most certainly be eating a little off plan. I did figure out this week if I eat too much at once I know it.

We had cocktails by the river yesterday with our friends who will be in Wisconsin when we are. They have been to this area many times so know all the great places to get good food & drinks. We do plan to see the sites, so I'm hoping lots of walking will counter balance the eating. We talked about lots of "can't miss" spots. Our room will have a fridge so I think we're planning to have some fruit & stuff...maybe yogurt, so we don't have to go out for breakfast every day.

When I get together with my sisters we always have our usual breakfast fixings. I'll just have to plan some restraint for lunch, since I usually have a light lunch at home.

Just hanging out at the house today. I need to water some plants, refill a hummingbird feeder & mix up a batch of deer repellant. The deer have nibbled on a couple of of things. I don't think they enjoyed them cause the damage was minimal, but every time it rains it dilutes the repellant a little more.

It's very hot! Our thermometer is reading 90° Hopefully it will cool off a little before time to walk.

Salmon for dinner....asparagus...& I think I may bake a sweet potato for myself & a russet for Hubby. I can't get him to like sweet potatoes 😝😔 I on the other hand find them tasty 😋😊
