Took Lasix and Potassium
Dr adding a Magnesium to help with cramps/spasms
Video visit with Rheumatologist. She says eat 1209-1400 calories a day. She said eat more treats, but I need to lose. Sugar also causes inflammation and the pain is too much. I’ll eat a limited amount.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
