Plan for day IF/Keto/exercise
Worked for 1 1/2 hours in garden this morning before breakfast. Blueberry yogurt smoothie for breakfast -- too many carbs so I'll need to compensate at lunch. Rain this evening, no time for walk.
Update: macros 16/66/18; calories 1382; net carbs 43.98; fiber 13.1
