I knew it wasn’t going to be great today, but I wanted to face the music so I would get back on track. We just moved our 21 year old daughter back in with us for a couple of weeks while she’s waiting for her apartment to be ready. So, with both my girls at home, I’ve been making and eating cookies and lots of pasta and big unhealthy breakfasts. So, I need to take a step back and get back to eating my lower carb meals. The good need is there is enough baked ziti, spaghetti and pizza in the fridge that I don’t have to cook for the rest of the week! So I can eat my salads and higher protein/lower carb meals and they can heat up leftovers! I’m ready to get my head back in the game. I’m capable of going 12 lbs in a week, so this gain isn’t horrible, but I feel sluggish. So, I’ll make sure I don’t go back to the 150s and go back to portion control and healthier choices. I know it is tough when the kids come home (grands also in my case) Tough on our waistline not our 'heartstrings' <3 When mine are here I always expect a gain. It is good you can resist the leftovers and let them heat & eat :-)

JMA,yes it is tough on the waistline, lol! But good for the heart! We also have a grandson from one of our sons.❤️ So, I had a good plan, but I didn’t follow it, I kept eating left overs right with the family. This morning I made cinnamon rolls😬. Oh well, I’m starting fresh tomorrow! I hope you are having a great week JMA! Thank you for the support!💕
