I should wait to record it but getting under 145 is a huge milestone for me. It’s the difference between feeling fat and feeling like I need to lose some weight. It will probably pop back up for a few days but I’m taking the win anyway!
65.4 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
