Not doing to well - I was eating healthy, and plateaued. I stopped eating healthy, and haven't gained. I don't think its going to matter what I do until I stop taking this medication I am taking in about 5 days.

So... We'll see what happens, maybe I can get past this barricade in the next few days!

Don't let weeks of staying the same derail your diet. That's when you dig your heals in and kick it up a notch. Get strict with your tracking. Make sure your not indulging in bites, licks and tastes. Watch your processed food intake because they have tons of sodium and can inhibit weight loss in some. Restaurant food contains tons of sodium. Make sure your getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. If you are able, get active. Go for walks. Wear a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Take a new exercise class. Make a small home gym with a mat, light weights and work out dvds. You get get them from library to try out. Drink your water! Weight loss isn't linear and we all have times of staying the same and even gains. You can't let that stop you! Good luck!
