9.6 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

79.4 cm horizontally over navel



I was supposed to have weight-trained yesterday. I ate more than usual for that end but ended up missing the opportunity. Today I'll have to eat more than usual again though lol, or I won't have any energy during the exercise.
58.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
