That 1/2 lb came off again!! Okay, now I have to really kick it up a notch this week. I am 1.5lbs away from my yearly goal - and the year ends on February 1st!! I would really like to make it. I feel like I've stalled a little these last two weeks. I know I can do better.

Which brings me to my next point - stress eating. I have really been stress eating this week. I don't know why I have been so bad. It has been a long time since I did that - but its really obvious that's what's going on. I've tried to do other things instead of eati - I took a bath, tried a little yoga, but everything I did, I came back to my school work and was STARVING!! I don't know what the deal is. I know its because school is overwhelming me right now...but I have to 1)get on top of that and 2)find another way to deal with my stress.....hmmm....gonna try a little more exercise this week. I HAVE to make myself do that. It will wear me out a little and that always relieves stress. Perhaps I will tackle that monster in the basement....:)

❅ You CAN and WILL make that goal! If you absolutely MUST eat something, make it a healthy snack like celery sticks with peanut butter, or drink a cup of tea first before eating anything. Tea always takes away my food cravings. Try it! It just might work!
