No change but that's a good thing! I've been eating more then I should but that's because it's summer and there is so much fun food to eat especially at BBQs and lots of fresh produce!

I've been going for a run at lunchtime everyday this week. It's been great weather and I'm enjoying the run checking out everyone's landscaping as I go by. I can't believe that the Rose of Sharon bushes are blooming already. They seem to be early.

We're going to a dinner/dance tomorrow night for charity. Looking forward to it. I didn't have time to get out and go shopping for a dress. Instead I'm borrowing one from my coworker. It's a black and white dress and it's an A-line style and looks very slimming on me. I have a pair of black heels. Just need to figure out what to do with my hair and what jewellry to pair with it.

Other than that, no other plans for the weekend. Just the normal housecleaning, grocery shopping and going over to my parents' farm tomorrow to help out for the morning.

I hope everyone has a great weekend. I plan to and hopefully I won't go too overboard on the eating!!!

The farm work should help with those couple extra calories. If you need to you can come to our farm and help me unload hay wagons this weekend! I'm more than willing to share the fun and hay rash. I'm beginning to love summer. Now that the produce is in season I can eat more. Fresh food = less cal = stuffing my face. Yum.

Just gotta tell me where your farm is. Not much farm work these days as my dad only has 4 heifers and 2 calves. I might have to take a part load of second cut hay off on Monday...how stressful is that!!
