Well... I guess inputting weigh-ins throws off the 'weekly REMINDER' schedule so I'll just weigh-in once a week again. And...woo-hoo(?), no loss but no gain since a few days back. Made it back to my last weigh-in amount at 232.5. Looking forward to a steady loss of weight as my muscles strengthen and burn my fat stores to maintain base body functions. Stay Well, Peops👍😁
