Fasting blood sugar 142; weight 172.1; blood pressure 118/60
Plan for day: IF/Keto/exercise
Ate a biscuit with breakfast this morning. First I've had in a while. I enjoyed it even though it will make it difficult to stay on Keto track today. I will not worry about it. If it becomes a cheat day, I'll just enjoy and get back on track tomorrow!
Definitely a cheat day: Granddaughter gave us a couple of chocolate cupcakes she made for her dad's birthday! I decided to make it a total day off and ate supper as well as some snacks. Macros 23/65/14; 2150 calories; 110.61 net carbs; 15.5 fiber. We did walk a mile this evening. Also did 15 minutes of arm exercises with weights.
Monday I will hit IF/Keto/exercise again.
78.1 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
