Woot! Either my mother's bathroom scale was off or I really did lose 6 lbs in a week! I'm eating around 1500, sometimes I do go a little over (100 cal or so) but I haven't been stressing about it. I don't want to have to eat more, I haven't even started exercising yet!
115.1 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 42.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
