238... again. Oh well. At least I'm not gaining.

In a few days my new part for my Wii will be here, so I can start using that again to exercise - looking forward to that.

And even though I didn't loose anything, I have noticed that I am more energetic, and I've been doing something I haven't done in a long time - going potty every day :)
