I started doing water aerobics two weeks ago as soon as I started eating better. 20-30 minutes in the pool, 3 to 4 times both weeks. Got to get the poochy belly in shape!
78.0 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
