It's day 2 of my 14:10 IF schedule. Pretty hungry this morning. 1 more hour before I can eat. I think it's because I was really busy yesterday and did not eat enough during my feeding window. Today I will aim to get more food and water in and see if that makes it easier tomorrow morning. My diet is 1500 calories, Keto.
118.9 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 41.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
