I have managed to get a loss of 0.2 lb. in the last two weeks. I am happy with it. this week has been about Japanese food, popeyes, etc. Eating out with family all the time it's fun but not easy 🤗🥵. I will be back to normal next week.

Thank you! I have ten days left to meet my birthday goal weight 🙊😁, but that is ok. I am really happy with what I am doing. Slow weight loss some weeks, maintaining others. 111 pounds is already a weight I feel comfortable with.
