Sigh. Weight gaing A-frickin-gain!

i am following my diet, I am trying to move around a little and yet I seem to be stuck betweet 140 and 141 for a LONG time now. This is getting frustrating.

I am doing something about it, though. This morning, for the first time, I went to swim in the morning, on my way to work.

One hour, swimming with the seniors. And it felt good! I did one hour of non-stop swimming, so I am sure my arms will be aching tomorrow.

It actually felt so good that I decided to purchase a one year pass, so now I am OBLIGATED to go! I hope this will know me out of the 140's soon - going to swim three times a week.

Life is good.
141 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 56 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
