12 weeks/almost 34 lbs! Weight loss has definitely slowed down these last two weeks. Maybe I need to switch up my workout more.
97.2 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
