half way through week 2 and seeing the effects of Low Carb dieting on weight and body shape. plan is to keep this going for 2 more weeks then switching out for some veggies and start at the gym. Cycling 9km a day to and from work currently. To be honest, I dont think I can get down to 80kg, as I'm looking to create some muscle growth on arms, shoulders and chest. my legs feel bigger after all the peddling already😆😆
