I am pleased to be nearly back on track.

By February I will have reached my goal - if I continue losing one kilo a month. Rather than pine away in the evenings for bread, I wrote a poem, practice guitar daily and read. Keeping out of the kitchen.

Bring on the cauliflowerr!
60.3 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
