first time making quinoa... I read about washing it and toasting it. I made it and it tasted like peanut butter oatmeal. I added apple and cinnamon and sugar free syrup. it was really good for something different.
83.5 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
