Had a pretty good day yesterday. Made it through without ice cream. Filled up on soup wih meat and veggies fir dinner. Breakfast pistacchios.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My daughter offered me nachos for breakfast. I declined. I plan to make more beef and veggie soup today.So far I've just had my morning coffee.
